My name is vikash kumar I am a student of arena multimedia sourth-x New Delhi. I was searching a part time job so that I can complete my study to my money. I was found a company which name is Wire2Air this name told by company owner Mr. Sandeep Ghosh. When I joined this company I had already told him I am also doing study from arena multimedia and they agreed with this. After 15 days he said me just leave you institute and signed at this document if you find me doing classes I will take legal action against you. I said no to Mr. Sandeep Ghosh I didn’t sign at this document because my study is compulsory for my career. He told me than give me the resignation letter and paid 1lac rupees. I said no I had told him I can’t give you resignation letter, because this is not a genuine reason to give you resignation letter. He said then leave my company I told him than give me my salary than I leave your company. He told me my advocate will take all of thing and he will take legal action against you. I also told him I am going consumer court and complaint against you and he will take action against you.
Please sir help me at this matter here lot of employee and he doing same thing to everyone he torched every one and demand agreement money. I really thankful to you, if you help me. Please help us and take hard action this company.
