I am Divya Dinker - Rupender from Hyderabad. My concerns are with the Dnads D.Newage School of Design, Secunderabad branch. I had enrolled with this Institute in April2010 and was asked to make a payment of Rs.15000/- by cash, however I insisted on a cheque payment and issued cheque number 612732, HDFC Bank for the amount of Rs.15000/-.

I followed up with the institute councilor Anitha Aggarwal, as to why the cheque was not presented and that its been more than 10days, I was given a reason that she did not write the details correctly and the cheque could not get cleared and wanted cash instead. When asked to return the cheque I was informed that the cheque would be returned to me by HDFC bank itself and in the mean time she wanted a cash payment.

I made a cash payment on 15April2010 for the said amount of Rs15000/- and was duely issued with a receipt. I was informed that other enrollment details would be issued shortly. I did attend classes but they were not in a scheduled manner and to add to this I met with an accident and I had my brother's wedding too. When I spoke to Anitha about my health I was adviced that I could attend the classes once I have things settled in my personal front.

I called Anitha in the 3rd week of June and asked her when I could join and was told that the premises would be shifting from St.Marys Road, Near Passport Office, Secunderabad to Minerva Complex in Secunderabad and would be informed on the classes by 15July. I called Anitha again after 15July but was told that she would get in touch with me. I never received a call from her till I called her last week to enquire and instead was told that she left the job and its been a month and she has no clue.

I immediately wrote a mail to Dnands head office in Delhi and have attached the response received from them which have no proper conclusion.

I request your support and help to get my money back from the institute.

I had enrolled into Dnads Interior Designing Course April2010 and have
paid Rs15000 towards the same.
I had paid cheque for the above amount and was told by Anitha that she
had made an error while entering and the cheque could not clear for
which on 15April2010 I paid cash Rs15000/-. The receipt no 024.

I could not attend the course from May onwards to my health and had an
accident plus my brothers wedding.
However, I had contacted Anitha around the 3week of June2010 and was
told that the branch in 8-2-172,2nd Floor Station Road, Opp. Sona
Arcade,
Secundrabad-500003 was moving to another complex and that I would be
informed on when my classes would start by 15July2010.

I did call Anitha again around 20july2010 and was again informed that
nothing was finalised and that she would get in touch.

Today in the evening after repeated calling, Anitha sends me a text
saying that she is no longer with Dnands, it has been a month that she
left the organisation and has no idea what so ever on the contact
details of the concerned. I tried calling K.Tirumala Venkata Reddy on
9966222198, as he is the Center Director but there is no response on
this number.

This is very disappointing and shows lack of any interest in the
candidates. Unfortunately money does not grow in the backyard of my
house either. What am I suppose to do..

I really need some answers and a solution to this.

This is to inform you that your name & enrollment is not registered with us at the Corporate Office in New delhi.We cannot take any action without the necessary documentary proof.

You are therefore requested to contact Mr Tirumala at his personal number 09966222198.Its he who is incharge of the said branch in Secunderabad.We can process things once we recieve the admission form,issued reciept counter slip ie once they are registered with us at New Delhi.Your admission has not been disclosed to us till date,hence you need to sort it out with Mr Tirumala Reddy.

Tamanna Dhingra,

The biggest issue being MR. Tirumala Venkata Reddy has not been
answering his phone calls, his contact number 09966222198 and the
secunderabad branch number 04069992101 is switched off.

I have the payment receipt, I could fax that to you right away. I was
not given any registration number and other details.

I really need your help and frankly as I mentioned earlier I have paid
an amount of Rs15000/-.
