A company based in Patna Reliable Aryavart Communications India Private Ltd.(RACIPL) visited KIT kanpur and held a recruitment drive. 15 students got selected in the process and joining was in NOIDA. The company demanded a draft of Rs.30,000 at the time of joining as bond money which was refundable after 13 months of service. We all were concerned about this. Then the T&P of our college told us that it is not an issue I have myself deposited Rs.1 lakh in college as bond money and asked us to join the company. We went to join the company and completed all the formalities. At the time of joining they gave us later dates one after the other and this whole damn process continued for more than 3 months in the midst of all this they had left the so called office premises and had already changed office once. When we demanded money they refused to give us the money and later when we went to talk about this to the college management they responded very bluntly and said that we cannot do anything about it, it is completely your fault.
We spent 4 years paying lakhs of rupees as fees got high percentages for all this. A college brings companies to the campus without checking their background and moreover the TPO guided us in the wrong direction and now nobody is taking responsibility for all this. 12 students had joined the company and they have fooled us all of us they even called us to Patna but some of us did not go there because we knew what was more to happen. They destroyed the starting of our career, played with our emotions and made us waste a lot of time and money. It is the sole responsibility of the college to put a check on the quality of companies they are bringing on campus we go to college to study not to decide on which company is genuine or not. Please help me with this is any solution possible. ???
