This is to inform that I had registered my daughter in the two years classroom coaching program of M/s Brilliant Tutorials Pvt Ltd (Head Office : 12, Masilamani Street, T. Nagar, Chennai, India-600017. Delhi Centre : 13, Pratap Nagar, Adjacent to Jeevan Anmol Hospital, Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi-110091.) for engineering entrance exams preparation. The duration of this coaching program was supposed to be from Jun'2011 to April'2013. I have till date deposited with M/s Brilliant Tutorials, a sum of Rs 86326/- (Rupees eighty-six thousand, three hundred and twenty-six only) for this course.
While my daughter started attending this coaching classes wef Jun'2011 at their Mayur Vihar, Delhi centre, from the month of Sep'2011 we observed that the classes regularity started getting disrupted, with sudden intimations to students that classes will not occur. From October'2011 month, we found to our surprise that the classes got discontinued altogether. By Nov'2011, all the Delhi centres were shut down indefinitely with no intimation. The reason which we came to know from just their centres gatekeepers was that since no salary had been paid to their staff by Brilliant Tutorials' authorities from the past three months, so everything had stopped functioning in the Delhi centres. In this context, I sent letters and e-mails to their Delhi centres as well as their head-office at Chennai, requesting for the refund of the fee amount of Rs 86326/-, but with no action from their end. It is important to mention here that it is ultimately the child who has suffered the most in all this mess-up on behalf of M/s Brilliant Tutorials in terms of disruption of studies and mental trauma.
In between, I received an e-mail from their Managing Director, Ms Vasanthi Neelakantan, on 18th Nov'2011, that M/s Brilliant Tutorials is doing a tie-up with M/s CL Educate and will restart the classes. After that, we received no further intimation from them. On contacting their head-office and call centre at Chennai through phone (Contact nos : 044-24342099, 044-65251075), none of their staff members know what is to be done, and most surprising fact is that they are not ready at all to let me speak to their Managing Director or any other responsible authority. On calling again and again on these numbers, one of their fellow gave me the phone no 09840299522, stating that this is their MD's phone no. But no one is picking the phone even on this number. Not a single person from their end (I spoke to different persons still working in their Chennai office like Sharda, Shanmugam, Bindu, Zeenat, etc) took courtesy to call back or transfer the phone line at least to their MD directly.
In this whole sequence of events, not only we have suffered loss of huge hard earned money meant for my child's higher education, but also underwent huge mental trauma.
I sincerely request to take appropriate action against the Managing Director and other authorities of M/s Brilliant Tutorials and get at least our fees amount of Rs 86326.00 to be refunded at the earliest.

Fraud by M/s Brilliant Tutorials and their MD Ms Vasanti Neelakantan
