my self ravi mohan singh student of m.b.b.s. course 09 batch in s.n. medical college agra i take admission through aipmt 2009 . I had taken the admission in G.R.MEDICAL COLLEGE GWALIOR during the second round of councelling. but during extending second round of councelling i reallocated to agra from gwalior but i have not refunded my fees back yet so i want suitable action to take by authority thanking you
