b) Cheque No. - 688897 dtd. 02.08.2011 for an Amount of Rs. 12191/-
c) Cheque No. - 688898 dtd. 13.08.2011 for an Amount of Rs. 40000/-

Complain :-
Classes Continued From 1st July Last 2011 to 15th October 2011 only
The Institute suspended all the classes after 15 October 2011 without any information.
All its branches in and around Delhi/NCR are closed. We have no here open where we can followup.

We started regularly following its Head Office vide phone and email id as mentioned below

We got only one letter after a lot of followup that Brilliant got merged with Career Launcher and our wards claases will start running immediately.

When we approached Career Launcher Delhi- Laxmi Nagar Branch they informed that still no information about firm merging and running the classes for those who had taken addmission in BT. They would only take our wards classes considering as a new addmission and we have to pay their charges for the same.

Further we informed BT Chennai . They just kept on telling hope fully next week problem would be shorted out. But till date no firm information.

Recently we have got one more letter from Managing Director(Vasanti Neelakantan) of the Brilliant Tutotial regarding getting the Video and other lecture recording from the nearest Career Launcher. And they are saying it is the as per the compensation. It is the clear indication that they are just cheating all of the students of Brilliant Tutorial.
Resolution Needed :- we need our balance money back by Brilliant Tutorials
