Dear Sir,
I have warded from giving the test today due to unavailability of hard copy of Passport. I have presented all the documents which were available with me as a proof of Name, address, photograph and signature these documents include Colored scan copy of my passport (which the centre guy copied on his desktop from my mail), driving license, Pan card & RC of my vehicle.
There are following points on which I need to understand from the management
1. The clause says you have to present the passport and doesn’t define a hard copy or a soft copy or the original copy.
2. The second clause says if your country has passport as the only document as the proof of Name, address, photograph and signature then present a passport whereas in India driving license contains all the above information
3. When scan copy and all the relevant documents along with originals were presented to the test centre why didn’t a consideration done.
I am not able to understand if all the documents presented were genuine then where was the issue. I need a complete understanding how these rules are made if genuine people have to face such problems.
I need a complete explanation of the issue and an immediate action against the centre; if not so then I am afraid I have to take the matter to a higher & legal level as all the relevant documents were available as original.
