i have enrolled my daughter for MBA session 2010-2012.we were told by the institute management that please reserve your seat by depositing Rs 5000/- ,we will finance the course by securing loan from their banker ,we deposited Rs 5000/- vide receipt number 138 /12-07-2010 for reservation of seat .but later on management failed to secure loan, we were asked to go one and another bank ,but that is of no avail.we were not in position to afford this ,ultimately we asked the management to return the reservation money and original certificates of my daughter ,they refused to do so.moreover they trapped us again by advising to get admitted your daughter in MSC IT by depositing more Rs 5000/-,we again deposited Rs 5000/- vide receipt number 77/28-07-2010 that is again of no use ,there was no faculty for MSC IT and she was instructed to sit with BCA students.she complained to HOD ,but that is of no avail ultimately ,fed up with this my daughter have to leave the institute.I sent the letter to CEO Mr Manmohan Garg throgh Blazeflash courier on 03-09-2010 but that was not responded.then in the month of Sept.,2010 I personally visited the institute and I was asked to give request to release the documents and fees refund,I do so ,then I was asked to come after one week.when I again visited after one week ,my request was misplaced and I was asked to submit Affidavit read as '' I sumanpreet kaur D/o Manjeet singh solemnly affirm and declare that I am surrendering my seat at my own there are no due with the institute, my case was settled and I have no dispute with institute '' after submitting this affidavit , you will get only your certificates not fees refund . We refused to give such affidavit .

As a result ,my daughter as well as my family depressed badly and felt mental agony and we feel cheated.you are requsted to provied us justice.
