Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a civil Engineer passed out last year 2010, from Haldia Institute Of Technology. I have completed my B.Tech degree from there(2006-2010).

At the time of admission we have to submit a security deposit money of Rs. 5000/-. That we had been informed that this money will be refunded at the time of leaving the college. Now we finished all administrative work on June, 2010. That time The administrators had told us that the money will be refunded some months later.
After 2010 November we were being informed that money will be refunded from March, 2011. When the time had came I went to college to bring my Result. Then they had told me the security money refunding will bev start after the assembly election that was on may, 2011. In the mean time My other friends who was in diffrent engineering colleges thay already had gotten their security money back from their respective colleges. After the election result come,
I again called to our Institutuion. But from that time they are starting avoid our calls.They always used to cut the phone line after hearing that I am calling for the security money. I also became know that the same incident being happening with all my batchmates. After a long try I catch them on phone line and I have been told that Security money will be given after Puja that was in October.2011. In one sentense they postponed the schedule 4-5 month more.
In the mean time Our next batch also passed out from the college but till the date there is no response from them or any co-operation. Now I am supposed to think that they will not refund us our money.. I am totaly frustrated. What should I do.??

With due respect , I want to inform you, my self Ayan Saha(Durgapur,West Bengal).I have taken admission in M.Com in Lovely Professsional University,Jalndhar,Panjab .I have admission in New Alipore study centre(Kolkata) on 7th september,2011.It hasbeen more than two months i am yet to receive the study material, and registration no.But today means 3.11.2011 i am call to student counselor Ms. Baijayanti Dutta, but she has already threatning to me, we do not give the study material.So this time I am really frustrated ,what i do?
