Respected Sir/Madam.
I'm Mayank Garg student of H.C.L-C.D.C center Bhopal.
I joined a S.D.I batch for two month course on 20-12-2008 after pay cash RS 1,500. on 15-Dec-2008 (Receipt No- 104101) as a token money and remaining RS. 4,500. I paid on 26-12-2008, By given a 3 cheque of RS.1, 500. (Receipt No- 104144. Cheque No- 131642, 131643, 131644 Allahabad bank Bhopal). But no one of responsible person of HCL-CDC center is ready to arrange my proper classes of SDI. After that give highly pressure they complete my course on nearly Dec-2009. But after that no one arrange a date of exam of SDI still 15-06-2010.
Like that same way we joined also Ethical Hacking course on 10-07-2009 for 15 day's course. For this course center take a 100% advanced money as a RS. 2,000 on 6-07-2009. Those i deposit as a cheque (Receipt No-191163, Cheque No- 138363 of Allahabad bank of Bhopal) same here no one provide a certificate of these course.
In last center Director Deepak Dwaivedi Sir do a written commented on a paper with me. If they not provide a certificate of Ethical Hacking and SDI course with in 15-06-2010. Then institute pay back my total money of RS. 8,000 ( SDI= RS. 6,000 + Ethical Hacking= RS 2,000). After wasting my golden period of two years and 8,000 RS.
So i want to understand what i do in these case and i also want to take any strong action against a these institute. I have an all receipt's of this institute and I also have a written application of last settlement with director signature.
So please help me to take a strong action against this institute or provide a best guidance for this case.

now i recieve every thing, the managment supported me a lot. it is good center.

Dear sir,
I have got every thing from this center, now i am working in a co. due to the knowledge provided by hcl cdc mp nagar bhopal. it is one of the best center. now i realized i was confused as well as influnce by some people. now i understand it was not a fault of mp nagar center. i over reacted on this matter.
here i found good tacher and good managment. so please don't be confused on my complaint. actually i have forgottent my user-id and password so i can not remove this complaint.

Mainey jho phaley complained dale thi wo sab sahe hai.... iskey badh jho apologies letter likha hai wo HCL CDC ney khud dale hai maira name use kartey huye. Deepak sir k kafe request karney k bad tak jab mai complaint nahe hatha parha tha. Tho HCL-CDC ney maira name use kartey huye yha apologies letter likha hai so I’m not a confused as well as influence by some people.
Mujey 8000 Rs. Wapas jarrur milla hai par kaffe takleef k badh….. aaj mai jis compony mai hu wha sey HCL CDC sey koi tallukat nahi hai…
mai ummed kartha hu ke feuture mai jho sab mairey sath hua wo kisse or k sath na ho. kisse or ka time or money waste na ho...
Mai apney taraf sey sab student’s ko yahe advise karrunga ke agar aap yaha admission layrahey hai tho aap apney valuble time ko waste karrahey hai. Yha maire apne personal advise hai..
