My name is Gunjan Kachhwaha and i took addmision in year 2009 in Institute of clinical research india(ICRI) Bangalore campus,but due to health reason i could not attend any of my classes as well as write my 1st sem exam . So I applied for withdrawl of my fee that is Rs.200000 ,in the month of march 2010, they promised to refund in 3 month but till today i have not recieved my fee. If you could help me i will be very greatful.

I am Amol Sehgal, student of "Institute of clinical research, India", passed out in 2009. The institute has not refunded my security amount of Rs.10,000 and the person (Mr. Rahul who is supposed to sign the check) who takes care of accounts has been deliberately procrastinating it for last three years. It seems they intentionally dont want to refund money. Please suggest.
