my name is arun asati from katni.my brother addmission in catalyser indore (iit coching) but due to my family problem we are not able to continuous study of my brother.we want to fees refund by coching but coching institute only 40% refund the fees.sir/mam what we do?? please give me suggesion
and how to apply consumer court?

sir, i take admission in fiitjee institute for coaching and deposited fee,but due to personal region i had cancelled my admin fronm the institue on the same day..........but the institue couldnot refund my fee.
due to this i had facing many problems .
please help me.,reply soon.

i have been facing problems in studying there and have also complained about it.
they harrassed me and when i told them to refund my fees they are not giving my fees back n rather they r telling me alternatives for weekend classes n all.
i just felt very bad n now i m really not interested in going back there and feel very depressed thinking about that.
anyone please help me i dont want to waste my parents money and want it back.
