i am an engineering student i am studying in second year from viva institute of technology in mumbai university. when i took admission in the college the fees then was 45,000 the second year it became 56,000 and the next year (i.e in the third year) it will be 84,000 its only 2 years since the college has opened (we are the first batch of the college). the college is not having complete facilities (i.e the college is first when it started the labs where big enough and in next year the cut off those labs in to three).there is no single A.C even in labs. some classes are having only 5 fans. spots fees is taken from us but no facility is provided even there is no college ground.......nearly 6 courses are taught in the institute(6 branches of engineering, 3 branches of MBA, MCA, architecture etc) the institute is having only two buildings one for labs and another for classes........the college is of a politician and i believe he have great influence in the central government because once AICTE was to inspect college but it didnt came the news article related to the inspection is given below


and also most of the engineering colleges do not increases fees for continuing students (i.e the fees is increased for new comers in first year)...........please help me provide me some information what can i do
