Respected Sir/Madam
I had deposited 30,000/- rupees in Institute of Business Studies and Research,Belapur,Navi Mumbai.But after that immediately when i cancelled my admission,and asked back them my money,so now they are not saying anything to me about that,whenever i call principal all the time i get the same reply that i am busy right now.

sir, i was supposed to go to china for my higher studeis through this career agent. i had submitted my documents( all original ) of class 10th and 12th along with the visa and registration money 3 months back.
and till now i have neither recieved any docs nor any info about my admission.
please help me to get the refund of my money and the certificates
