Hi, I have cleared an exam conducted by IBPS, the result are out and were sent to me by speed post; however due to change in my address it did not reached me.

I have been trying customer care nos of IBPS provided since then. But nobody picks up the phone, if picked, they keep it aside sometimes.

I had personally gone to their office in kandivali. They do not entertain in there, said we shall resend you in 2 days..its been a week since then but there is no response from them, the only communication i got is voice of laughter from the receiver kept aside by IBPS customer care persons.

I have written mails to their contact id, but no response from them either.
