My name is Mr. S. Jhunjhunwala. In the month of May, 2010 I had registered myself in Lakhotia Computer Centre (LCC) Kolkata, and paid the full amount of Rs. 4,900/- in cash for a 2 and a half months of computer course. The concerned people were to send someone over to my place to give the training. But, after the 1st class the teacher from LCC never showed up. After a 3 month follow-up done with them the institute again agreed to send another teacher to give the training. But, the teacher from LCC never showed up till date.

On demanding a refund of my money, they refused saying that they do not have any such company policy.

Dear sirs, I would request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible, and would like a full refund of my payment for which I have a receipt from the Institute.

i have taken admision in lcc-sahid nagar for TALLY 9.0, on the month of sep

during the time of counselling i was told repeatedly LCC is a brand name many a time by miss neha. Then i took admision their. Ist week was fine and going well
Problem started from the 2nd week.

The problem are as such :

1. more than 15 student in a batch ( i was told during counciling, not more than 9 student). students were not able to sitting comfortably

2. hardly computer are working in all the lab. with the repeated complain, the faculty didnot listen. event manager dont listen. he all the time give tricky answer, tries to act smart all the time.

3. teacher used to come late. the duration of class was around 1 hour 45 mins, but teacher used to come 1/2 an hour late or sometimes more than that.

4. i got the certificate after 3 weeks of giving exam. wheras i was told to get it within 7 days

5. teacher are very rude and egoistic, they dont solve the query of the student, only give excuses and says i have explained earlier i will not explain one more time.

we used to get all these problem in regular interval. Repeated request no result alas 3 month completed with these problem unsolved

i was really dissapointed by their service. it was a very bad experience their.i wish whoever read this msg dont take admission in LCC specially in sahid nagar, bhubaneswar, you will get nothing expect.only losing money and time. i was suppose to send it to their corporate centre but dont get the email id so chosen this medium


i know that i will not get my money back but guys please waste your money on LCC
lastly BEWARE OF LCC specially sahid nagar LCC

I had complite one year computer couse " Honours Diploma in Computer Science" against Regd. No. PRO/UP/1106 IN 1998 from Auraiya (U.P.).
But, I had not found our Mark Sheet. Please arrange us for needbasis.
