SUB: For the Fee refund and number of sanction seats by university.

My self Kawaljeet kaur and my friend Navneet Kaur had taken admission in MATAGUJRI COLLEGE FATEHGARH SAHIB in Msc. Chemistry –I on 30 JUNE 2010 (register against roll no 7916 and 7915). We had also applied in GNDU Amritsar and finally got seat on 06 JULY 2010. So we decided to left the seat in MATA GUJRI COLLEGE and give the application to principal on 08 JULY 2010 for the withdraw of admission. And requested that please return our fee after 10% deduction, that is the rule which is mention in the prospectus if the seat is fill subsequently .Our seat is filled subsequently on that day when we give the application to principal. But principal refuses to return the fee and say we will return the fee when all the seats will be filled. But this rule is not mention in the prospectus. But we wait and when seats filled, which is mention in the prospectus, (which is 30), we again request the principal but they refuse and give argument that our college has 06 more seats for quota like SC,BC. Still we wait, 36 seats also filled up to 26 July 2010, then we requested again but they refuse and give argument that we have 02 more seats in Rural Quota.
Which is not mention in anywhere and the university not sanction that, we confirm that from university that only 30 seats they sanction to college, then how they say we have these 38seats? Finally they harass us.
Sir please checks the matter that how many seats the university sanctions to college and takes the necessary action against the college authority and refunds our fees according to Law of college and university. Please Treat it most urgent. We will thankful to you.
