Classes Continued From April Last week 20011 to 15th October 2011 only
The Institute suspended all the classes after 15 October 2011 without any information.
All its branches in and around Delhi/NCR are closed. We have no here open where we can followup.

We started regularly following its Head Office vide phone and email id as mentioned below

We got only one letter after a lot of followup that Brilliant got merged with Career Launcher and our wards claases will start running immediately.

When we approached Career Launcher Delhi- Laxmi Nagar Branch they informed that still no information about firm merging and running the classes for those who had taken addmission in BT. They would only take our wards classes considering as a new addmission and we have to pay their charges for the same.

Further we informed BT Chennai . They just kept on telling hope fully next week problem would be shorted out. But till date no firm information.

Now looking our children's future we can not wait further hence decided to put them in some other institute.

Resolution Needed :- we need our balance money back by Brilliant Tutorials

All the document of receipt and email communications are available with us and could be reproduced once required.

Dear sir,
this is to notify that i have joined brilliant tutorials in the year 2011 for one year classroom program in batch jrf 121 at ranchi centre. I paid cash of rs. 66000 cash in may. They continued our studies till 14th october 2011 and after that didn't arranged our classes. They have also not given materials which they have promised to give. They have send us many notification after that. They have not completed our syllabus. So i want my money back with mental and physical harrasment that we have faced these days.
