I have worked for New Horizon College of Engineering Bangalore for 5 years almost.
when i got good oppertunityu and i need to resign but the college management dint allowed me to resign and demanded 3 months salary even though i gave as per the notice period.
they treat the faculties as bonded labour.
i swear i worked to the core and the same college management selected me as a best faculty and awarded me.
but during my exit they treated me so badly they dint return my certificatews and my PF also.
i struggled a lot to get my degree and now this type of behaviour by college management is not tolerable.
I kindly request my dear friends please never join this Institution and suffer like me.
i also kindly request the authorities to take action on such institutions and give us freedom .
