I left BIAS,bhimtal after 1st semester and completed all the formalities.The institue has said that they sent cheques through courier but I havent received it yet .It has been 3 months ,then institute said that they will issue me fresh cheques on my physical visit to instute, I booked my ticket to institute and suddenly they said that they will not help me

now what to do
