Respected Sir,
This post is regarding refund of fee paid to an educational institute. I took admission in Jetking for the course JCHNP, my course fee was adjusted to a monthly installment of Rs. 3500/- for 12 months post payment of Rs. 10000/- as downpayment. I paid all the balance fee but after sometime i came to know that errorneously i paid extra amount of Rs. 2770/- to the institute. After this i submitted an application to the institute regarding refund of the extra fee paid by me. I just want to know that what are the rules that will be applicable on this refund by the institute i.e what amount i will get back after deduction of various taxes like service tax, edu cess, franchisee tax. So Sir please let me know.
