On 2-july-2011 I have joined for regular mba at a b school at banglore.
After attending the classes for 10 days we came to know that the degree awarded by the institution is not a regular mba degree & it is CPOP(center for online & participatory programme).This was not mentioned neither in the brochure nor in the official website.So, i have cancelled my admission & asked to refund the fee (Rs : 1.93L)which i have paid.I gave a written letter to cancel the admission & to refund the fee.The principal has also signed on the letter.But since 3months there was no response from the management regardind the refund.Please tell me what should I do?How can i approach legally??
A part from this college there so many other bschools which are totally fraud in awarding a degree.Why the government is taking no action?Due to this so many students are wasting their money & career.As i have experinced i came to know what is going on in so many bschools but how it will be known to so many students who will aspire to do mba in bschools?
