Dear Sir,

I Pankaj Darunde S/o Gautam Darunde R/o Pohane Layout, Borda Colony, Warora Dist Chandrapur had taken admission in Chate international Academy, Nagpur for doing diploma in shipping management & i had paid the registration fees Rs. 21000 /- dated 24.04.10 & Rs. 50000 /- dated 02.07.10. But after inquiry i found this institute has not approved by govt. ( Director general of shipping) also the staff of the institute had assured me that it is a approved by Govt. aloso i have called the authorisded person of this institute to get my money back but he has refused to do the same. therefore i want to withdraw my admission & get my money back which is amounting of Rs. 71000 /-
