I am misguided during my counseling session that the classes timings would be from 9.30am upto max. 2 PM considering which i enrolled BIG AIMS ANIMATION COURSE (my working time was 3pm to 10pm) But, in the initial 6 days when i attended classes they were lasting upto 6PM & even upto 8PM for some days, resulting i was missing on a lot which was taught. My job was my source of funding for this course which i could definitely not avoid so i made a stop payment for rest of my fees(which was around 67000/-) & requested for some time.

Now, as i am unable to continue with the course, due to financial/time problem BIG AIMS is not refunding my money i.e., Rs.11500/- i have paid to them.

My compliant is that had i being counseled keeping in mind i am working & given me clear idea about the time one needs to invest for this course i.e., 9.30am upto 6PM minimum(Full Time) I would have enrolled only after i am free from other job commitment & ofcourse finance issue.

This situation has solely arised because of wrong counseling happened with me so, Big Aims must consider this & refund my paid fees.

Looking forward for your suggestion & support on the same.
