Hi,

My name is Gaurang patel, I joined Ritvi Infotech Apr-10 which is a Linux coaching institute...
i have paid 14600/- for Study and 12500/- for examination.
they teache me for 15 day's only and tell me to appear for RHCE Examination..in the result i was fail without any preparation.
Acctually they provide a actual examination question lab( dummy paper) only and prepare student's for examination,
only 15 Qestuion ask in examination and all are practical,

After examination result i called up to Ritvi for my further course study and i did not get the proper answer from the institute.

everytime when i call to him then he just told me that i am out of station,in a meeting, bussy,can we talk later.
today is 11th Oct 10 till date they have not started my calss...i ask for refund then he got angry and told me that "Do anything what u want, I will not refund your money".

Pls help me what i do...

i have all call reacords and admission papers. I am not the single student.
