Dear Sir / Madam,
We have admitted our daughter, Ms.Apurva Pujari (15 yrs) into Sai Educational Academy for tuition for class Xth Standard on 9th May 2011. While admission Mr.Ramesh Goud the promoter of the institute demanded for advance payment for the entire academic year in cash. However we have paid to him vide his receipt# 1332 dt. 9th May 2011 Rs:5000/ and balance Rs:5000/- on 2/6/2011 total Rs:10000/-.
While our child attended the classes for 3 months only, because the promoter Mr.Ramesh Goud who teaches students, man handles students as such our child was terrified and informed us about it and hence we decided to withdraw. We have approached the academy and informed him about our discontinuity from 24th August 2011 and requested for refund on pro-rata basis.
Mr.Goud informed us no refund would be given initially and after persistent request he agreed to pay in months time and than postponed till today. Today he again says no refund would be made to us.
In view of the above we want to log in this complaint against Sai Educational Academy for recovery of our entire fee amount paid along with interest charges, Consumer court charges if any from Mr.Goud and pay us the same. Pls take up this issue with Sai Educational Academy and justice to our claim
