I am Kalyan Saha took admission in School Of Animation Digital Asia which is renowned as (DASA) B.Sc degree course in Animation at Kolkata centre under Punjub technical University. But after 2 months i got some information from our senior student they said this is not DASA they have no franchise with DASA. They change their name SADA. they have no proper LAB or any Light Box,Camera, etc which is required for these course. there is only one faculty no other one is there. after that i talked with there Business head that i want to change my institute under Punjub technical University so please give me the TC/No objection certificate. but they didn't give me the TC as well as my total 1st SEM fees Rs.40,000/- they said we cant refund the fees they cheated with me not only me most of all student . Even they dint do my registration in university, last date is over. now i am requesting you to look in to these matter and please help me for my refund of fees.(Rs.40,000/-). Please visit in the institute and you can got more false things, like soft wares, building (which they are using for the institute)

I am from Gujarat,I came Bangalore to join a course of animation , I inquired some institutes,I went to Arena animation institute in bangalore for the course(AAIP). they informed me the fees of course (AAIP) is Rs. 1,12,230/-. I spoke with the counsellor that I am unable to afford the fees because my financial background is not good, but that time they informed me if you registered now in our Institute by paying Rs. 9000/- as a registration fees for (AAIP), we will provide you some documents which will help you to get the education loan,before registration I clarified with them if I will not get loan after registration. will I get my money back, that time they assured me if your loan not passed,they will definitely refund my registration fees,they promised me
I trust on them and registered. I paid Rs 9000 as registration fees for (AAIP) on 24th june 2010. I have receipt no.21924, invoice no. 3613, student no.484195. after that I went many banks in my native with the document whatever they provided me. but I didn't get loan, so now for me it is not possible to continue the course without loan .
for that reason I requested them to refund my registration fees,but now they are giving me excuses that the money is not refundable.
I am a poor guy Rs.9000 is big amount for me. so I kindly request you to take some legal action and do needful to me I will always thankful to you.
