I have been utterly cheated by a franchisee of T.I.M.E. I joined T.I.M.E. for CET, NMAT and SNAP classes in July this year in its Santacruz West branch.
Very dissatisfied with the sloppy teaching services, i decided to discontinue after attending 8 lectures and asked them to start my refund procedure. My grievances were; uninformed and inept faculty, irregular lectures (as opposed to what they had promised). NMAT registrations had started and only 8 lectures had been conducted. This was by and large because the strength of the class was very low (only around 14-15 students) as compared to the 40/50 they generally have in one batch. By this time, as per their schedule, 18-20 lectures should have been conducted.
Once i filled the refund form, they kept me waiting for 2 months postponing it week over week. The Branch Manager, Mrs. Smita had very clearly admitted that i had been wronged and that i was likely to get the whole amount back.
Finally they have offered to refund only Rs. 3750 as against Rs. 12500 that i had paid (for only 8 lectures attended out of over 75 odd lectures meant to be conducted over the course). Besides, i have returned all the study material.
They have ridiculously deducted Rs. 8750 for 8 lectures.
Please help.
