My Daughter Ms Aditi Banerjee Got admittedby paying Rs 70000/- in Vidyarthi Academy in Nerul(navi Mumbai) Branch in the month of April2011. Later on she found it difficult to understand there & left. I approached to Mr Rawat owner of the tutorial in writing to refund his money as she is not continuing. But they are ligering with some or other excuse & now telling as they have mentioned in the money recipt that fees once paid will not be refunded, Income Tax department will raise objection if they pay me . Kindly show me the way to get back the money.
