i have a complaint against an institute named vs consultancy,punjab.i have enrolled in their correspondence program for NBDE-PART1.the fees for the course of 6 months was 30,000.according to their claims-Dr.satpreet was supposed to send me the study material and then after 1 week,they were going to take weekly test through e-mails and he was supposed to guide me about how to study and improve my scores.he even claimed to make me meet some of his previous students also.but soon after getting enrolled,first i didnt get my study material on time.after much hassles i was able to get the study material but after that there was no communication on their part.he never took any exam,nor there was any guidance.when i called him asking what is the matter,he cited personal reason and told me that he will call back in 2 days.but that call never came.and now when i called them to get refund for my fees as they have not stood to their claims and neither took exams,they denied the refund.please do the needful.
