I, along with family, travelled from Mumbai to SIngapore on 25-Nov-2011 by Air Asia. There was a stopover at KL. When we reached Singapore, the baggage had not reached. We were asked to wait for the next Air Asia flight from KL, in case the bags had been loaded in the next flight. They were not. After waiting for more than an hour, a report was filed. The bags were eventually delivered to our place the next morning. This caused us undue stress and was a bad start to our holiday. I would like Air Asia to give us due compensation for the delay in our baggage arrival.
