I booked my tciket for trip to Malasia starting 11th Feb 2010
My grandmother got expired on 8th Feb 2010
I had to cancel my ticket to Malasia. I informed Air Asia in 2 days advance for the cancellation of the ticket
Air Asia promosied me for credit note for the amount i paid (c.INR 25,000/-)
Later they asked me to arrange for the death certificate of my grandmother. I provided them with the asked certificate. And after promising me for the credit note, later they came back to me asking for the more documents like the birth certificate for me and my father or some government certificate to prove that i was the grandson of the deceased person.
Now, when i am trying to reach them to ask them if a affidavit in this regard will work or not, i am totally unable to contact them. They are not responding to my e-mails and phone calls.
Would this forum be able to help in this regard.
