I booked a ticket for my sister for Sat, 07 Jan 2012. When she reached the airport she was told that the flight was cancelled. There was no prior intimation from them on this. Also there was no help from them on putting her on a new flight. She was forced to book a new flight at the last minute after a lot of anguish at a much higher price. Also till date there is no refund for the original ticket.
Please help in the above issue.
