Hello,

I was scheduled to travel from Mumbai to Delhi by IC 658 on 30th Oct 2010. The details of the booked ticket are: Name : Deveshkumar Jinwala, PNR: RKKQ6R.

However, due to delay in the train 2926 Paschim Express - which I was traveling by from Surat to Mumbai to catch the flight - I reached the airport counter at 17.30 hours and was denied the boarding pass - with the reason that the counter is closed. I was even denied any accommodation in any flight later in the day. Therefore, I canceled the ticket at the airport counter and the person there informed my that I shall get the refund of the fare. Thereafter, I have been communicating with the airline helpdesk on email for long. Initially, I was given the assurance that they are looking into my travel records and I should give them some time to respond. However, no they have even stopped responding to my emails.

Please help me get me the refund.
