Hi, I booked a ticket for 4 pax with AirIndia to fly from Delhi to Bhubaneshwar to attend a marriage, this was for myself, wife a kid and an infant. This ticket was booked thru easemytrip.com. Flight was scheduled to leave del on 18th of Jan 2012 at 1155am. However when we reached T3, we were told by the extremely unhelpful staff that flight was rescheduled for 5 am and ofcourse has already left.
Even though I got the money back from easemytrip.com I still want the compensation for the additional money which i spent on buying another ticket for all 4 and the extreme hardship which we had to endure considering we were with a kid and infant.
