I had booked a ticket Delhi to Bangalore on 7th November 2011 from Airindia, I cancelled the Flight online on 14th October 2011, As per the policy the refund is provide in 14-15 days but its been more than 1 month i have been not provided the money back. I have called the customer many times but i have not got a proper response, they are telling that the refund is provided but i have checked several times with the bank also but i have not been given the refund. The airlines is not providing the exact status for the refund.
