I have booked one ticket from newdelhi to gwalior and due to some reason cancelled it on 22/11/2010. I didn't received the refund yet today past more than one month. I called them more than 35 times and to my bank also. my bank is telling they didn;t send the money back.

I need my money back. I spent more than Rs500 for making them calls and no one listen to my problem. Customer care service is very bad, they will never hear what you trying to say. only what they are doing is for 10-15 min they will put the phone in hold. Sunny yadav got my mail but he don’t give me any response.

I have provided many time my bank statement also but no response.

I want to know, if they can't do the refund process nicely then why indian govt has given them the licence to do that.
