Dear Sir,

I booked one ticket (PNR No. FLT00008855188) for my daughter for Jet Airways Flight No 9W2257 From Delhi To Hyderabad for 3 Jan 2010. The flight got cancelled due to bad weather in Delhi. After that I did not get any refund from MakeMyTrip trrough whom I made the booking online. I have sent several reminders also to the vendor but in vain.

I request you to kindly persue the matter with Airlines / MakeMyTrip to resolve the matter and make the refund.
