Hi,

I had booked my one way ticket for mumbai to baroda via Online India Travel Portal Packages to India All Inclusive (booking reference number ASFSLL) on 4th May and had cancelled the ticket the same day.

I was informed by the team that the amount will be refunded to my account in 20-25 working days, but till date no amount has been refunded to my account.

I have been following up continuously with them and for email they never reply back, for calls they sometimes say that the concerned person in refund department is not available and sometimes they say it will be refunded in next 24 to 48 hours.

Request you to pl look into this and seek your help in resolving this.
