i have booked a flight SG 872 on 14th Aug 2010 scheduled at 16:35PM from kolkata to bangalore for three persons, They reached at airport
around 13:00PM. they did there baggage screening and ticket issue at around 13:30. it was mentioned by spice jet staff they have to go to
gate No 5A for boarding. they reached there and waiting for the boarding. Around 16:06 i got a call from Spice jet staff that they are
searching for passengers and flight is already there into runway and they have missed the flight. the flight boarding has happened at gate number 1A

i am confused and searching for the folowing answers :

1. if i have given two contacts then why she havn't got any call.
2. if they have alredy issued ticket by spice jet then why they havn't searched the candidate and announced there name
at airport.
3. why the gate number is not mentioned in tickets and why they have missguided.
4. while booking the flight i have given two primary contacts one for me one for my wife who is travelling with the flight.
why she havn't got the call.

this was not the end, once my wife asked, is there any money return and arrangement for the next flight. they told she can't get any
refund and they have to book fresh flight for tommorow.

The lady who was taking to my wife i asked her to come on the call she told i don't want to talk to your husband, i won't
take the call.

once again i have booked the flight with indigo the same day at 20:10PM and they chared me around 17000 thousand.

This was realy horrible for me and my family and a very bad experience with the flight. if they have this type of service
really worst.
