Dear Sir,
I have booked an air ticket in my name today from Bangalore to Calcutta on 18th Sept 2010 and payment is made by net banking system. The transction confirmation No.38880993 was given to me but due to some error or my mis understanding the same thing was repeated again and due to that the amount is debited twice in my account and a new transction confirmation no. 38881368 was given to me but till now no PNR is given to me on my mobile or nor I have recd any E.Mail.
I want to inform you that only one ticket is required on 18th sept 2010 in my name from Bangalore to Calcutta and request you to transfer the additional amount of second ticket to my account.
Please treat this as urgent and do the needful
