i am a frequently travellor in your air line, but on 2nd of july i was having a ticket from Mumbai Srinagarwhich was booked on 17 june 2010 at Srinagar and i came from North East Africa to board the flight. At Mumbai air port I was given boarding pass as well as my laugage was also received and i was given security pass also. I was at waiting longue ND ONE PERSON OF mUMBAI gO aIR wAYS COUNTER CAME AND ASKED ME TO COME OUT for some talk and out side they snached my boarding pass and told nme that there is no seat for you. My lauge was brought back and i was asked to stay for night . as i had came from a foreign country and having no Indian money , they did not agreed to help me nor thry give me any room to stay. BUT I WOUNDER THAT ONE BLACK LADY AT YOUR COUNTER GAVE A BOARDING PASS TO ANOTHER PERSON FOR sRINAGER. i stayed in a mosque in central Mumbai and if justice is not being done with me , please allow me to go for CONSUMERS coat as i have full proof of security checks. Your Manager - a black man did rude behavior also .
