I booked my ticket from Bangalore-Delhi, 20th Aug, 2010, 10:00 pm, (PNR No.: WI3B37), Passenger Name: Ketan Jain.
Eventually flight got cancelled.
I then asked them to re-schedule it for 21st Aug, 2010, morning flight 8:10 am. Mr. Ibrahim confirmed me that I'll get confirmation mail for reaccomodation in new flight within 48 hours.
And again I got a call from them and they said that no seats are available. Moreover they are saying that they can't pay me the difference for the new flight if I book it with any other Airlines.
Please help me out with a solution...
