Hi,

I had booked two air tickets from Yatra.com site and when they sent me e-tickets which were booked in the reverse order (i.e the timings were interchanged!). Inspite of highlighting it three times to their Customer Care office, he sent us wrong tickets.

We followed them over a period of 7 days and at the end end they charged us re-scheduling charges, fare difference and yatra fees for NO FAULT OF OURS!

Their services are pathetic! We were literally looted by them and CSR response was very veyr slow and we landed up following them several times.

Please refraing yourselves from using any services from Yatra.com!
