This is Avinash Kumar, I availed the coupon offer where Ibibo claimed to book air tickets for Rs 2499, all inclusive. I bought the coupons on July 29, 2010 through HDFC credit card, for my air tickets to be booked for November 14, 2010. The reference ID provided to me was GOATTRCZ. However, till today I haven't received any tickets from Ibibo. I didnt get satisfactory response from ibibo customer care. Just because of all these problems i booked my ticket again with great difficulty. I want ibibo to refund my money back as well as compensate me for the new ticket i booked.

When you visit Goibibo site there is a promotions that they are running..

This is a instance not for the first time where how Go Ibibo is cheating....I wanted to book a flight from Mum-Del somewhere in Jan"12 and while I found approx. 2398/- fare on Goibibo and selected for booking always the price changes to 3005/- 0r 3403/-. I logged it out 3-4 times and all the time this happened.

Go Ibibo can always talk mischeviously that Our fairs our dynamic....Dynamic to what nature the moment you book it increases and moment you come on login page it decreases?????

Further this is not that it is for an hour or so...as of today after 4 days also it is happening the same....so when I speak to the executive at go ibibo call centre say it is like this only and you hve to make payment and see before..

Are the traveleers fool or this company is trying to make fool of travellers...

This is to be seriously taken and need a resolution
