    Unhappy Complaint regarding the mischievous act of make my trip, spice jet and Canara bank

    Actually on 20th of June 2010, I was trying to book an online ticket through MAKE MY TRIP from kolkata to bangalore in SPICE JET but unfortunately due to some error, the amount around Rs 5729.00 has been deducted from my account in CANARA BANK and i didnt get the ticket. I thought ANY OF THEM will refund me back the deducted amount after a week but my patience has crossed the limit and finally i have decided to write. I had sent complaints to these organisation but no one is responding. Atleast you please take the issue seriously..because these things may happen to other customers also, I am waiting for your response.. please do the needful...

    Hello,
    With reference to your reply i just want to tell you that there is no such booking ID because booking is not done. The information which i would like to give is that it was around 8 pm of 20th june, i was trying to book a ticket for 22nd june from kolkata to bangalore(one stop) in spice jet. I have done this transaction using canara bank's debit card of my friend HEMLATA (you can check this name to retieve the history)...please reply soon....do the needful

    I don't know when did your team try to call me. Don't give such annoying replies. My number is same i.e. 9343547845. Already i have sent you 2-3 mails today with detailed information. But i haven't got even single reply. Don't make your customers fool. If any more information you want call me. Otherwise definitely i will go for some strict actions. I have the transaction details. I will file an FIR against the payee and drawee of that cheque(no. 77885317). Do some needful.
