My brother who was working in USA met with a tragic accident and passed away on 7th August 2010 .
His body was arranged to send to India via Delta Airlines.
They booked it via a Funeral Home from USA (Jacksonville) to Mumbai Airport,
but the Airline people left it midway in Amsterdam, without any reason.
To make matter worse they wrongly informed on the website that the body has
arrived at Mumbai Airport. It was let in Amsterdam airport for 2 days. Then
after making numerous calls to their customer care office, they made arrangements
to send it to Mumbai, they next day(after 2 days).
