I was scheduled to travel from kolkata to portblair by IC 787 on 16th OCT 2011 with my mother & wife. The details of booked ticket are as follows: Mr. Rajat Kanti Sinha, PNR no: W96H9Y. However, Air India authority has changed scheduled departure time at 4.30 a.m in state of actual time 5.35 a.m only for that day without any previous information . They have informed me at about 3.40a.m from 07439356686.
So due to their change in time schedule ,not only for me but also about 10-12 nos passengers fail to catch the flight . Though A.I authority admits their fault & arranges for new ticket on 17.10.2011 but due to their failure, I have lost to catch my preplanned traveling scheduled . I have faced financially loss about Rs. 27000.00 ( due to pro gramme cancellation) Who will pay this? as well as I 've lost an working days which is reversed for traveling
Who gives them authority to reschedule a departure time of flight for a special day before its original time (about 1.05 hrs) It violates natural justice .
If A.I have no capacity to take any responsibility to flight , pls do others except airlines.
