Default Double debit for Singal Air ticket

I booked air ticket Ex-Mumbai to Delhi of Indigo flight through Make My Trip site and payment made by SBI Debit Card for Rs.5374/-ON 12-03-2010.

The bank statement is showing two times debit of Rs.5374/- against my single ticket.
When i mailed to Make My Trip consumer cell then reply received from them with apology.
Now it is 15-16 days that i have not received my refund of Rs.5374/.
    Advise me my further action.

This normally happens due to a customer hitting the back button and clicking on submit again and is a common problem not just make my trip... Most websites have clear instructions requesting customers not to hit the refresh or back button while the payment is processing don't know if makemytrip has it or not.

As you said you have recieved an apology it is hard to believe that with the apology there is nothing else mentioning about reversal of that extra payment.... have you read the whole e-mail?

Best thing going forward is to either post your booking reference number here for them to sort it out or you could send them an e-mail. This is not something that requires legal action because I dont see you mentioning anywhere that Makemytrip is not willing to give you your money back.
