Emirates Team,
It is completely disappointing that baggage is missing while going to US as well as coming back to India in attached e-ticket.
After 100 times calling someone picks-up the call at Mumbai EK Baggage department (022 – 26829323/26829302). I got to know to that baggage is given for delivery yesterday at 11:30 AM (7th Feb). Even after 24 hours, I do not see bag reaching to me. Deliver agent number is given as Manoj – 9819908041, then another delivery person no is given as 9167569332. None of them are reachable. They are saying since morning 7 AM (8th Feb), it will reach but now no one’s mobile is working.
I do not know this is Emirates giving service through cheap delivery agency. I probably need to go to Consumer Court to get reimbursement of my baggage & my follow-up time.
